Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Vape Deals UK, we aim to deliver your wholesale orders quickly, securely, and hassle-free. All shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. To ensure smooth communication, please provide a valid email address for automated tracking updates and a mobile number in case we need to contact you.
Dispatch Times
- Same Day Dispatch – Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
- Processing Time – We strive to dispatch all wholesale orders within 12 hours.
- Weekend & Bank Holidays – Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by EVRi, DPD, or APC. In the rare case of a parcel not being delivered, these couriers only allow us to raise a missing parcel claim after up to 12 working days.

Incorrect Address Policy
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-delivery charges will apply.
Delivery Preferences
Customers using EVRi, DPD, or APC apps can set delivery preferences (e.g., safe place or neighbour). Once a parcel is left at your chosen location, it is considered delivered.
